The ZSK special embroidery machines are based on two different embroidery heads - The W-head and the K-head. Both are special heads with only one needle.
The W-Head
The W Head is a special embroidery head, which is able to embroider a vast number of special threads, ribbons, cord and chains to produce very impressive and wonderful looking results. These results can usually only be obtained if the embroidery is done by hand, but ZSK has atomized this process. Now the process is manageable at much lower costs with continuous high quality. The results might remember you of Soutache embroidery.
The K-Head
In comparison, the K Head is a special embroidery head for kettle and moss embroidery. By combining these two embroidery styles, you will create designs where everyone will be amazed. An automatic color changer for 6 different thread colors helps to introduce even more varieties and flexibility.

Combination
If you combine the W or K head with a standard embroidery head for multi color embroidery, the machine is called Z or H. These letters are well known in industry for high class and high power embroidery machines. The possibility to combine these two styles creates even larger possible uses for these machines.
All special embroidery machines can be equipped with sequin devices. This helps to make those innovative machines even more valuable.
